We are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified candidates to
join our team in the following positions:
Wireless Network Engineer
Candidates must be experienced in the design, implementation and support
of wireless and wired internetworking architectures and demonstrate the
ability to work independently, conduct thorough analysis, solve problems
and work with clients to continually improve network infrastructures.
The primary responsibilities of the Wireless Network Engineer are to
provide some or all of the following services:
- specify and design point-to-point,
point-to-multipoint and in-building and outdoor wireless LAN
infrastructure and solutions to meet client functional and financial
parameters
- develop comprehensive system
design reports; stage and configure equipment for installation;
provide hands-on installation and/or supervision of internal and/or
third-party installations crews
conduct system acceptance and optimization testing
- provide pre-sales support
- perform new product testing and
evaluation
- develop appropriate methods and
procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- minimum 2 years of RF system
design and engineering experience with Cisco, Proxim, Aruba,
Bridgewave, Canopy and related manufacturers is highly
desirable; wire less network security experience and Cisco
Systems’ CCNA/CCDA and/or wireless manufacturer certification a
plus
- knowledge of and experience
with related in-building and outdoor technologies including
knowledge of and in-depth experience with wireless security and
related data network security is desirable
- hands-on RF hardware
installation and supervisory experience
- knowledge of RF propagation
theory and application
- significant experience and
knowledge in TCP/IP, wireless LAN and network security
- significant project leadership
experience
- ability to work in an
entrepreneurial environment
- ability to carry out
responsibilities with little direction
- strong interpersonal skills to
achieve results in cross functional teams
- ability to manage multiple
projects and tasks in a busy environment
- excellent oral and written
communication both internally and externally to facilitate team
building and partner/customer relationships
Account Manager-Healthcare
Candidates must be experienced in outside sales of information
technology and networking solutions and demonstrate the ability to
achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and customer satisfaction by
effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
Experience in selling wireless networking products and/or services,
selling to healthcare IT and engineering decision-makers and/or
knowledge of healthcare a plus.
